  • People with a disability
  • Carers of the above
  • Community groups
  • Transport disadvantaged
  • People with temporary physical impairment
  • Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people.

Home Care Package clients: requires a Service Agreement in place with the provider

NDIS clients: requires a Service Agreement in place with a Plan Manager.

Our vehicles can also be privately hired subject to availability.

Social Outings Program

Bankstown Canterbury Community Transport runs a social outings program 6 days per week.

Our clients enjoy fun social outings in and around our wonderful city, with the comfort and security of door-to-door transport and the opportunity for social connections.

This program enables our clients to join a group and experience scenic drives and outdoor settings, visit great attractions such as zoos or historic homes and eat at local clubs and café’s for lunch or dinner.

Lastest Testimonials

The kindness, patience and compassion I am shown with being a deaf 92 year old is greatly appreciated and I thank you for getting me to where I need to go safely.

Maureen

Your efforts have been instrumental in helping me through a difficult period by going above and beyond to ensure I can attend my appointments. The work you do to service the community is so crucial and I am so grateful for what it has done for me.

Mohamed

It is people like us who are retired that can be fulfilled by your staff who bring light, warmth and human understanding to people who feel alone. On these trips out I always smile or have a laugh and it’s because I get to go on these outings with you.

Greg

Without you I would be lost, my husband is now in care, and I don’t drive anymore.

Marlene

I use BCCT 5-days per week, and I love it! I would rate their service a 15 out of 10 – all the staff are just wonderful.

Alan

We are very lucky to have such a brilliant transport option available for us oldies. The Drivers are very kind and polite.

Wearing a mask is a personal choice on our vehicles, but staying home when you are unwell makes a big difference!

Not everything in this video is right, most likely because there is a lot of mis-information out there for seniors. One thing this video shows is that they don’t like the new reforms that will affect their daily lives. Organisations like ACTA (Australian Community Transport Association) can help to prevent this misinformation if we have the resources to do so. 💡💡💡 See MoreSee Less
