Shuttle Bus
The shuttle bus is our easy and flexible everyday service that helps you get out and about and stay independent. You could use it to go to the shops, bank, hairdresser, get to an appointment, visit a friend, grab lunch, see a show – almost anything you can think of. No trip is too small. It’s all about getting out there and staying active in the community.
Our shuttles operate Monday to Saturday and are designed around moving groups of people to common destinations in a quick and efficient manner. As this is a group service there will likely be other passengers sharing the vehicle with you – a great opportunity to meet new friends! However there may be some waiting time as the vehicle travels between stops.

Hospitals
Our shuttles make regular stops at all the major hospitals such as Bankstown, Canterbury, Sydney, Concord, RPA, St. Vincent’s, St. George, Liverpool, Prince of Wales and Westmead, and some private hospitals.
GP/Specialist
We can get you to your appointments at any location within our service area including medical centres, GP’s, clinics, specialists, physio, dental, eye care, imaging, rehab, oncology etc.
Return times
It can be difficult to know how long your medical appointment may take, so you may not always know the exact time you want to come home. Try to give us your best guess when making your booking, but if it turns out different on the day don’t worry. If you are ready to come home earlier or later than expected, just call our main number 9772 4928 and Press 2 for driver pickup. The operator will tell your driver that you are ready.
Shopping
Want to get out and do some shopping? You can use our shuttle service to go shopping independently any time you like – or, if you are looking for a more regular shop and maybe need a helping hand, why not try one of our shopping groups.
We take regular groups fortnightly to local shopping centres where you can pick up some groceries, buy some new clothes, visit the bank or even just grab a coffee. You get two hours to do anything you want and the best part is we have carers on the vehicle who will stay with the group and can assist you with your shopping.

Social Outings Program
Get out and about and enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle with BCCT Social Outings program which runs 6 days per week. We have a huge selection of different places to go with outings almost every day of the week, daily and overnight trips, weekly dinners, and our latest Men’s Wellness and Knitting Nannas Clubs. Additionally, we always include a FREE outing each month, to ensure all clients have access to our Social Outings program.
BCCT Social Club
Every other Thursday we run our very own ‘social club’ at the Padstow Senior Citizens Centre, supported by Canterbury Bankstown Council where we do things like arts & crafts, games, trivia etc. over morning tea.
Specialty Shopping
We visit some specialty shopping locations such as DFO, Flower Power, Bunnings, Spotlight and Ikea so you can pick up all those little extra things for you and your house and garden.
Club dinners Wednesdays
Enjoy a night out with friends at all your favourite local clubs for dinner.
‘Out and about’ Thursdays
Every second Thursday we head out to various major shopping centres where you can do your
own thing for a few hours.
Monday & Friday Adventures
Explore some of the most interesting locations and venues Sydney has to offer with our Monday and Friday outings. We go to places such as museums and art galleries, historic house and building tours, scenic locations, parks, beaches, clubs and restaurants, markets and festivals.

Vehicle hire
Our vehicles can be privately hired by local community groups and individuals on a limited basis at times when they are not being used for our core services. Hire is per a 24 hour period. Available vehicle types and hire rates are as follows:

Additional Conditions
- A liability excess of $1,000 will be imposed for any damage caused by the hirer.
- Any travel over 100km in distance will be charged at an additional $0.70 per km.
- Hirer will be responsible for any tolls, fees or parking permits required.
- Credit card details must be provided prior to any vehicle leaving the depot.
- The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel on collection, it is expected it will be returned with a full tank of fuel. A refuelling fee may apply if not complied with.
Self drive
Stand alone vehicle hire with no driver provided. Pick up and return the vehicle at our depot in Revesby. Rates as advertised above. Choice of vehicle subject to availability. Please note the Rosa and Coaster require a LR (Light-Rigid) or above drivers license.
Vehicle + Driver hire
Vehicle with professional BCCT driver included. We bring the vehicle to your location. Passengers and schedule to be organised by you. Rates as advertised above. Driver and vehicle subject to availability.
Fully managed service
We can also offer a fully managed transport service for select community groups who wish to use BCCT on a regular basis. This means that in addition to providing a vehicle and driver we will also manage the passenger manifest and scheduling of the service using our systems. Your group can become part of our core services with guaranteed availability and our complete level of care. Rates and terms of service will be negotiated on an individual basis. Terms and conditions
- A liability excess of $600 for Commuters and $800 for Coasters/Rosas will be imposed for any damage caused by the hirer (self-drive).

- $50 charge if cancelled on the day
- No charge if cancelled before 5pm the day before the hire

- $140 if cancelled same day on a weekday or $165 on a weekend to cover drivers wages
- No charge if cancelled before 5pm the day before the hire
BCCT Service Area Map
Suburbs highlighted in Orange and Blue are within Bankstown and Canterbury. If you live in one of these areas you are eligible for our services. All trips within this zone are considered to be ‘In-Area.’
Suburbs highlighted in Grey are considered ‘Out-of-Area’ but still within our service zone. Trips to these areas incur a higher fee.
