Vehicle hire
Our vehicles can be privately hired by local community groups and individuals on a limited basis at times when they are not being used for our core services. Hire is per a 24 hour period. Available vehicle types and hire rates are as follows:

There are three different ways you can hire our vehicles:
Self drive
Stand alone vehicle hire with no driver provided. Pick up and return the vehicle at our depot in Revesby. Rates as advertised above. Choice of vehicle subject to availability. Please note the Rosa and Coaster require a LR (Light-Rigid) or above drivers license.
Vehicle + Driver hire
Vehicle with professional BCCT driver included. We bring the vehicle to your location. Passengers and schedule to be organised by you. Rates as advertised above. Driver and vehicle subject to availability.
Fully managed service
We can also offer a fully managed transport service for select community groups who wish to use BCCT on a regular basis. This means that in addition to providing a vehicle and driver we will also manage the passenger manifest and scheduling of the service using our systems. Your group can become part of our core services with guaranteed availability and our complete level of care. Rates and terms of service will be negotiated on an individual basis. Terms and conditions
- A liability excess of $600 for Commuters and $800 for Coasters/Rosas will be imposed for any damage caused by the hirer (self-drive).
- Any travel over 100km in distance will be charged at an additional $0.70 per km.
- Hirer will be responsible for any tolls, fees or parking permits required.
- Credit card details must be provided prior to any vehicle leaving the depot.
- The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel on collection, it is expected it will be returned with a full tank of fuel. A refuelling fee may apply if not complied with.
Cancellation fees
- Self drive
- $50 charge if cancelled on the day
- No charge if cancelled before 5pm the day before the hire
- Vehicle + Driver hire
- $140 if cancelled same day on a weekday or $165 on a weekend to cover drivers wages
- No charge if cancelled before 5pm the day before the hire
